Cooperation / Joint Ventures
- As part of our strategy to be active in key global markets, Sterokem is interested in finding suitable partners for possible frameworks of cooperation:
- Direct importation and distribution to local market.
- Manufacturer's representative (indenting agent).
- Contract manufacturing under license.
- Subsidiary or joint venture.
- Technology transfer on method of production of end products. In this arrangement, Sterokem would be the R & D center and source of new product development while the local partner would be responsible for manufacturing and marketing.
- Potential Candidates:
- Local detergent manufacturers of Household/ I & I/ Cow Shed products that are looking to expand product range.
- Importer and/or marketing company of Household/ I & I/ Cow Shed end products looking to begin local production of detergent products.
- Investors in the detergent industry.
- Suppliers of materials to Military and United Nations/Relief organisations.
- Chemical manufacturers interested in entering the detergent market whereby Sterokem would offer guidelines in equiptment adaptation, efficiency and marketing consulting.
