METHOD OF USE

 
Sterokem's Industrial & Institutional (I & I) products can be used in a varitey of methods including by hand, spray, brushing, soaking, circulating, etc. Suggested method of use for our products are indicated in our technical data sheets. Below please find suggested method of use for several of our I & I products:

STEROLAB POWDER

 

Instructions for use in the milk and food industries

 
Preflushing:
 
After milking, flush the system completely by circulating tap water for 10-15 minutes, until traces of milk are no longer visible.
 
Cleaning and disinfecting of all milking installations:
 
Prepare a solution of 400-600 grams STEROLAB POWDER in 100 liters water at 45c and circulate this solution for 15-20 minutes, paying attention to the colour of the solution which is pumped back to the drainage. If the colour changes from rose pink to a greenish tint, this indicates that the milk residues were not completely flushed out. In this case, repeat the procedure with a fresh solution of STEROLAB POWDER, until the rose pink colour remains. (This special indicator is only included in the rose pink STEROLAB POWDER). Finally, rinse with water for 10-15 minutes.
 
For cleaning and disinfecting containers, filling equipment, tanks, pumps, cooling equipment and other machinery coming into contact with milk and milk products:
 
Prepare a solution of 400-600 grams STEROLAB POWDER in 100 liters tepid water. Apply by swab or circulate for 10 minutes. Rinse with tap water.

STEROTOP

 

DIRECTION FOR USE IN THE MILK INDUSTRY

Always pre-dissolve powder in cold water, never add powder to hot water.

 

Circulate a hot solution (70°-80°C) around the plant at a concentration of 100gr per 40 liters of water. Circulate for a miniumum of 10 minutes. Add cold water for cooling down the plant to 50°C, and then eject detergent to waste. Rinse with tap water until all detergent residues have been removed.

METHOD OF USE

 

General use

 

Dilute half glass of powder ( about 100 cc ) in 1 full tap water pail ( about 10 liter ) .Wet a rag in thi solution and clean showers , bathrooms , walls covered with ceramics or marble , sinks , bowls & floors .Rinse with tap water .

 

Solid dirt

 

Wet the surface and disperse the STEROTEK powder on it .Wait for 2 minutes, rub the surface and rinse with tap water .

 

For soaking household utensils

 

Prepare a solution of half glass of powder ( about 100 cc ) in 1 full tap water pail ( about 10 liter ) . Soak the household utensils in the solution for 15 minutes. Rinse with tap water .
