Cooperation / Joint Ventures

As part of our strategy to be active in key global markets, Sterokem is interested in finding suitable partners for possible frameworks of cooperation:

• Direct importation and distribution to local market.
• Manufacturer's representative (indenting agent).
• Contract manufacturing under license.
• Subsidiary or joint venture.
• Technology transfer on method of production of end products. In this arrangement, Sterokem would be the R & D center and source of new product development while the local partner would be responsible for manufacturing and marketing.

Potential Candidates

 

1. Local detergent manufacturers of Household and I & I products that are looking to expand product range.
2. Importer and/or marketing company of Household and I & I end products looking to begin local production of detergent products.
3. Investors in the detergent industry.
4. Suppliers of materials to Military and United Nations/Relief organisations.
5. Chemical manufacturers interested in entering the detergent market whereby Sterokem would offer guidelines in equipment adaptation, production efficiency and marketing consulting.
